FLAT RATE DELIVERY CHARGE OF $9.95 FOR ALL ORDERS*
*Excludes delivery of Kidkraft products to WA, NT, FAR NORTH QLD, RURAL TAS and other very remote locations.

So whether you need toys sent to Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, Darwin, Canberra or any other Australian city or town, you can shop with complete confidence knowing that you will always pay just $9.95 for delivery.
To keep delivery costs as low as possible, we do not offer next day delivery as standard, although some areas may receive parcels in this time frame. If you require next day delivery, please contact us and we will provide a quote.
The majority of our parcels will take 2 to 5 business days to be delivered to you. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Orders from remote locations may take a little longer to arrive.
While we make every effort to ensure all our toys are in stock, and display items as out of stock when our supply runs out, sometimes out of stock situations will occur. If a product you order does happen to be out of stock, we will contact you immediately.
Please Note: November and December are very busy months with all the Christmas purchases and whilst we try to deliver all of our orders within the 2 to 5 working days, there will be some orders that may take a little longer to be delivered.
Requests to leave parcels at the front door, side of the house, on the verandah etc, will not be fulfilled as we do not know how secure the premises are and feel parcels are much safer kept at Post Offices for collection.

Important:
We reserve the right to refuse an order if our courier service will not deliver to a remote delivery location or if the courier costs associated with delivery of the order cause us to make a loss on the order. In this instance, we will contact you immediately, cancel the order and refund the total purchase price.
International Customers
Peanut Gallery no longer delivers orders to addresses outside Australia.
Although we do not deliver overseas, International customers can continue to place orders for delivery of gifts to family and friends in Australia. Please include your email address when placing your order if you would like to receive an order confirmation as we no longer send hard copies or emails of receipts to international customers. If you would specifically like a copy of your tax receipt as well as your order confirmation, please email us and we will send one to you.

Sending Gifts
If you would like to choose a children's gift from Peanut Gallery and have it sent directly to the recipient, we are happy to help. We can take your address for billing purposes and a separate address for your gift recipient. We even offer free gift wrapping and the opportunity for you to include a personalised, hand written gift tag. See section on Free Gift Wrapping for more details. Please note that we no longer post a hard copy of your tax invoice once we have sent your gift, however as long as you include your email address when placing your order, a copy of your tax invoice will be emailed to you.

Recycled Packaging
At Peanut Gallery, we are very aware of the need to look after our environment and participate in activities that help protect it for our children's future. With this in mind, we keep boxes that have been sent to us and source second-hand boxes where possible. These boxes are then re-used when sending parcels to our customers. We also recycle other packaging materials that have been included in parcels sent to us in an effort to reduce waste.

Incorrectly Addressed Parcels
If you accidentally provide the wrong address when placing your order and the parcel is returned to us, we are happy to send it again to the correct address. Unfortunately we are charged by Australia Post to resend parcels so this means you will incur an additional postage charge. Regardless of the value of the order, all parcels requiring resending will incur an extra $8.95 postage charge.
